Reception: August 1st, 6–9pm
The students of Columbia University’s MFA program are pleased to present Currents at SK Gallery, curated by Aidan Ford Chisholm and Farren Fei Yuan.
The group exhibition opens August 1st with a reception from 6–9 PM, and will run through August 22nd.
This iteration marks the first time the students of Columbia’s ‘24 and ‘25 cohorts will be exhibiting together, and continues a time-honored tradition of presenting an annual student-run summer exhibit independent of the university. Currents features 50+ artists working across moving images, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, sound art, and new genres.
